This policy covers the self-hosted Actual Budget instance at budget.belghalem.fr, operated by Abdou Belghalem for strictly personal use.
Bank account information and transactions of the operator's own accounts, retrieved read-only through Enable Banking with the account holder's explicit consent. No data about any other person is collected.
Personal budgeting only. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.
Data is stored on a private server in France (OVH) and in encrypted-at-rest backups in the EU. Access requires single sign-on with a passkey. Only the operator has access.
Data is kept as long as the account holder uses the service and can be deleted at any time. Bank consent can be revoked at any time from the bank or from Enable Banking.
